Hot weather, damp pants!

Anyone else having to change underwear during the day? I get up shower, walk the dogs, and my knickers are wet with sweating. Can happen again if I go shopping or out in the heat. I use body shop silky underwear talc but short of wearing winged pads I don't know what else to do. Hope I'm not alone!

You are not alone , it's so annoying !

Cotton undies are better.

LlamaNoDrama · 28/07/2024 12:09

Me too. I thought I was leaking so started wearing a pad but it doesn't help that much so I think it's my sweaty thighs.

Cotton underwear and pant liners?

SusanSHelit · 28/07/2024 12:35

Just change your knickers! I change my t shirt if it's particularly sweaty too, nothing out of the ordinary sweating when the weather is hot, and nothing wrong with wanting to wear dry knickers, no matter how they become damp

Period pants help me.

Normallynumb · 28/07/2024 12:41

I wear a thin panty liner on hot days

Happyrascalsmummy · 28/07/2024 12:46

Step one knickers are great for preventing this. It wasn't even something I thought about prior to trying a pair but now I only wear my step ones on warmer days or if I'm spending prolonged periods sat down.

I'm not sure you should be using talc on your nether regions.

I dread leather/plastic seats! At home I sometimes sit on a towel.
