I've had it all my life. I drink tons of water but never been told it's connected.

Yes. I already drink a lot of water. It's a nightmare if I'm ever in hospital as they make me drink extra water night and day. It makes no difference whatsoever. Low BP runs in the family.

2 pints a day isn't that much, low BP can be caused by different things including infection if you're on antibiotics. How do you feel, any dizziness, fast pulse light headed, swelling anywhere,

You also need to add salt to your food OP - it draws the fluid into your system. Drink a lot of plain water and it will all be excreted. Sports drinks would be better to raise blood pressure, but not as good as salt.

Apparently it can be an imbalance of potassium and sodium, so avoid coconut water and bananas and eat more salt.
