Double dosed on lamotrigine

I'm not 100% sure, but I think I may have taken 2 doses of Lamotrigine this evening.

I normally take 175mg in the morning, and again in the evening as I have epilepsy.

I think I may have taken an extra 175. Anyone else done this and still alive? How dangerous is it?

I think you should ring 111 and get some proper medical advice.

I was on 300mg a day for months, barely noticed any effect at all, still very much alive. You'll be fine.

Seems to suggest that for an adult upto 700mg is a safe dose. If it's a safe amount for you will depend on your other medical history.

So it doesn't look like it's dangerous immediately but the advice on that page is to ring 111.

Thanks all!

I've done a bit more googling and it looks
As though I'd have to take a lot more in order for it to be dangerous! Phew!
