Left arm feels weak

Hey I'm coming on here to see can anyone offer me advice? I remember a year or two ago I went to the Dr's complaining of weakness in my left arm hand. We put it down to anxiety. It went away but recently I got it again back in may. I put it down to anxiety again and it went away. It's back again and driving me crazy!!!!!
I'm actually terrified I have ms or something . I'm a 28 year old female. It seems to be my ring, pinky and thumb that are affected. It's not extremely weak and I'm not dropping things it's just feels weird. I do have a one year old and 3 year old and when I'm holding them I always hold them in my left arm.
The other night while in bed anything I straightened my arm from a bent position I got pins and needles in my thumb baby and ring finger.
I just can't understand how it could be an injury when I've never injured my shoulder arm or hand ?
I have an appointment in the Dr's on the 9th August and just know I'm going to be up the walls worrying until then . Has this happened to anyone else ?

I would get it checked out.

I do wonder if it is the way you lay in bed? I have an awful habit with sleeping with my left arm under me when I sleep on my side. As a result I have a slight ache in my inner elbow joint and when I wake tingling down my arm and fingers. The tingling resolves when I stretch but seem to have a constant faint ache in my inner elbow

Could it be a trapped nerve in your shoulder or elbow or wrist especislly as youre holding your dc in that arm. .

Is the thumb tingling worse if you hold your wrist in a bent forward position…? Could be carpal tunnel.
is your little and ring finger tingling worse if your elbow is bent fully for a while? Could be cubital tunnel.
are either of them made worse or eased with neck movements?
any of these… see a physio.

@Applestrudel71 thanks for that . I will see a physio

I don't suppose it would be a migraine? I get a funny tingly numb feeling in one of my arms right before I get a migraine, that's my first sign I'm getting one. And my face goes numb too, then it goes and then I get the headache. Could it be that?

I agree, see a Physio or GP. I think it is Carpel tunnel or something. Also a friend of mine works from home and use a mouse a lot. This can cause problems to your hand and arms. Exercise is important and to take breaks too.
