Just that really. Is there a bug doing the rounds with extreme nausea but no vomiting for three days. Can't face any food. Started with a bad headache and upset stomach.

Not sure if you are a woman/age etc but is there any chance you could be pregnant? There are probably bugs going round but the only time I’ve ever had extreme nausea like that without actually being sick was during early pregnancy

Gastritis or similar? If you do manage to eat does the nausea get worse, any tight/burning pain?

Hormones have a ton to answer for. Right before your period when progesterone plunges it can cause every single symptom you describe. So can pregnancy 🤷‍♀️

Really can’t eat at all. Only a bit of toast.

Yes! Our family has had this last two weeks, started with ds vomiting and diarrhoea, then 5 days later dd got diarrhoea only then dh and I had horrendous diarrhoea and headaches but no vomiting. Over it now but felt really rough for around a week. Heard of lots of other people with it too.
