Info missing from online medical record

Bit of a weird one.. I haven’t really explored my online medical records and was having a nosey today and was surprised how little info is on there. Crucially it seems to be missing that I gave birth to my dd. There is record of my first dc (who was a crash c-section) and of my miscarriage after my youngest was born but there is nothing in between to indicate my youngest exists. She was a VBAC in hospital and they kept me in an extra day but there is no record of my pregnancy, hospital stay or her at all. I mean from one aspect I’m not sure it’s important as it was almost 17 years ago and of course DD is legally registered and exists and I haven’t had any medical issues relating to the pregnancy or birth but I feel like it should be in there.
Would I be weird to bring this up with my gp surgery? Does it matter? Are there separate files that have more info on them?

often maternity notes are separate yes, and online records from that time ago are often incomplete as they may have been paper. It doesn't matter does it?

Thank you for replying. I guess it doesn’t matter really but it’s weird that this whole thing happened to my body and there is no record of it yet the cough I had 8 years ago is all recorded. Plus it’s like my dd doesn’t exist - guess I’m wallowing in a bit of sentimentality.
