So I had a " you've been framed " style accident at a farm park .
Landed full body weight on a shoulder .
Went to A and AE X ray normal so presumed soft tissue which will heal.
But oh my I must have a vv low pain threshold .
I cannot raise my arm at all
Anyone else had similar and found anything to help
