Oral thrush?

I’ve recently started taking asthma inhalers which I know can cause thrush. I’ve noticed white patches just on the sides of my tongue but not on the main surface. Not sure if it’s thrush? Does anyone know if it can be just on the side/edge?

Hello! When you take inhalers, you need to rinse your mouth as the particles from the inhaler remain in the mouth.

You may need something to treat the thrush, mycostatin, perhaps. I'm not sure if it's available in the UK, I'm in Ireland!
