Been out in the sun for about an hour in today yesterday. Off and on
The top of my arms , especially near the wrist are itching so bad! I've tried Eurax, Calendula, E45 anti-itch but it's bad and I've had to put tea towels over to try to stop me from scratching it. Anyone else suffer with this and please how can I make it stop ? Photo shows where it's hurting the worst

For me a cool shower. And slapping myself instead of itching helps, I mean I look a bit crazy but the sting of the slap helps distract the need to itch.

Do you have PMLE?

You have my sympathies. I had something similar a few years ago and it drove me insane too😖 Think it might be known as prickly heat. Have you tried an antihistamine tablet? Failing that, ice packs. Hope it goes soon😊

It looks like plme. It's a pita.

I've been diagnosed with PMLE even though I don't always get a rash. Antihistamines, plus hydrocortisone cream if AHs alone don't help. If this is a frequent occurrence for you, take AHs daily during sunny weather.
