Sharp contraction like pain

I had a baby 7 months ago and am definitely not having a baby right now but currently feeling the same kind of excruciating pain I felt when I was having contractions. Struggling to stand up straight or even go to the toilet. Im quite a gassy person so I don't think it's trapped wind either. I've had this pain a few weeks ago and then again today but never ever before that.

Any idea of what it could be? Dreading it happening again. Is it worth talking to a doctor about it or could it just be trapped wind? I don't want to waste the doctors time or take up an appointment unnecessarily

Could it be diverticulitis? The spasms and pain during a bad attack are severe.

I had terrible pain and cramps one morning, and when it didn't go away, I ended up in the hospital for 8 days. The diverticulitis attack caused a tiny burst through my colon. It eventually healed without surgery, but it took 6 months or more.

I dont know, ive been to a&e with this and they dont really do much about it.. just give pain relief.. but if it doesnt get better do seek doctors advise cause could be something. By me its short lived
Could be constipation too? Or uterus? Try buscopan maybe its anti-spasmotic
