Reduced eGFR in blood test

Just had a routine blood test and looking in nhs app at results this was the only one that seemed outside of 'normal' range'. Anyone know what this could indicate. For context I have paroxysmal AFib hence why they do these tests. No other symptoms. Aged 50 and otherwise fairly healthy. Attached the screenshot of result. Thanks for reading

They won't be concerned with those normal results. This extremely mild outside of range result could be due to a multitude of factors, very miId dehydration being the main.

That's very mildly reduced and will be considered normal still. Don't worry about it!
