Large lump in-between boobs

I've put this on sporner corner too but can anyone tell me what this lump looks like, it's red, sore and smells cheesy but no head or ooze?

I would have that looked at by a GP.

I have one, pretty sure it is sebaceous cyst. I’m large breasted and it appeared when I started exercising and wearing a sports bra. They won’t remove it due to its location and it goes up and down. When it is inflamed like that they can give you antibiotics for it to go down to a pea size lump. I hate it and would have it removed if I could. You will need to be seen by a dr for them to confirm obviously but wouldn’t worry too much as it is identical and same place as mine. Definitely get it looked at

that looks like a sebaceous cyst. I suffer with these a lot mainly behind my ear and I just had one at the back of my neck.
mine always become infected so I end up on antibiotics. If you’re unsure give the gp a call but with you saying it smells tells me it’s nothing sinister x
