Hi, was wondering if anyone could advise. I have a drs and dentist appointment for tomorrow but for the past week I've had a general nagging in my right side gums / teeth. Hard to pinpoint but sometimes it's the top, sometimes the bottom and at the back where I have no teeth (wisdom teeth removed a few years ago). I was due on my period and I do sometimes get sore gums. It was manageable but the other day by whole right side of my face just suddenly has shooting pains across the whole cheek, through my teeth and a headache in my temple. It feels sometimes it's in my teeth but they're not particularly sensitive and I can eat on it without causing pain. I can feel the pain in my ear and my right nostril also feels a bit bunged up so it's all on the right side. I don't have a temperature or any swelling.
I'm taking paracetamol and ibuprofen. Also have ibuprofen gel and using a heat compress but does anyone have any tips on what to do?! Thank you!
