What is causing this rash?

Where is it on your body? Is it itchy? Painful? Is it bumpy or smooth? Do you have any other symptoms? A clearer picture might help.

@PunchyLunchy thank you for replying. It is on my thighs, I have a headache and temperature is 37.2, so normal. Headache I think is through stress. The rash is flat.
