Liver enzymes

I'm 30 but ever since my pregnancy with my youngest when I was 28 I've had hypertension, all throughout that pregnancy I was on preaclampsia watch, going in for day cares every week and what not, after I gave birth it wasn't followed up apon. I assume they thought it was a pregnancy problem,

well when she was 6 months old I ended up with blurred vision in 1 eye that wouldn't go away. I went to my local urgent care, who send me to a&e and my blood pressure was so high it was bursting blood vessels behind my eye. ( 205/150) was the highest it got.

anyway, my doctor has been investigating for the last year or so trying to figure it out, he says I'm too young to just have it, and I've got no family history, I have regular blood tests. At one point he thought it was maybe Padgetts disease but that was ruled out, in my recent blood tests pretty much everything he checked for was abnormal but he's focusing on my liver enzymes which are also abnormal, should I be concerned?

I have no idea what's going on with me, I feel more tired than usual recently and seem to have a lot of brain fog and headaches

are your platelets, haemoglobin or haematocrit high by any chance?

Depends. What’s your diet like?
Its usually kidney function they check with high BP, so if liver enzymes are high, it can be unrelated but can be due to alcohol, fatty diet, salt, obesity etc
