I’ve just recovered from Covid and after a few days of finally feeling better I’ve come down with something else - temp, sore throat, body aches. Just wondering if I’m prolonging the inevitable by staying in bed for the last two days, or if I should just get up and get on with things and then face the consequences if I get worse?

Do you have to get up?
Can you stay in bed?

My DH is looking after both kids under six and struggling so yes I feel like I shouldn’t really be in bed…hence wondering if there is any chance that resting will stop the virus developing further…
