Painkillers after gastroscopy sedation

I had a gastroscopy this afternoon with fentanyl and midazolam, I'm just wondering if it would be safe to take paracetamol or ibuprofen as my throat is really sore from the procedure.

Probably should have asked before I left but I didn't realise it would be so sore

I would take paracetemol, as your stomach and oesophagus may be slightly irritated by the procedure and ibuprofen is a little harsh on some stomachs.
