HiI am quite stressed our. My little girl has an incipient bronchiolitis. We are following the Dr's orders. Her nappy from last night was almost dry. Today she made very very little pee. The nappy she has had for 4h only has small yellow spots, not wet. I am panicking a lot, but my husband says I am overreacting. She is in good shape otherwise, happy and now sleeping calmly... I tried nursing her as much as possible... If we wait until the morning, could it be too much? Please share if you have any experience on the topic. I am crazy with worry.

Go to A and E now.

This is very serious advice is normal to go to A and E if this has been the case for 12 hours. You really can’t wait until the morning.

Go to A & E now. You're not over reacting, 7 month old is very young.

I definitely wouldn't wait until morning especially if she has bronchiolitis and been unwell already. Your gut us telling you you're not happy and that is a good enough reason to get her checked out. She may well be ok but a lack of urine output over that amount of time suggests she's very dehydrated and a baby's condition can change very rapidly. Best to get her checked at A+E tonight.

Hopefully you have already gone but agree with the others.

Get your baby to A&E now. This is very very serious and you must not wait until morning. Babies fall very quickly. Please go to A&E this second x x

Are you able to update us please OP?

I hope your baby has been seen by now. Keeping everything crossed that she is doing well.
