I’ve had a stressful week and now feeling my thoughts are jumbled at times with several episodes of Deja Vu it’s very disconcerting
Googling has not been helpful, please could someone reassure me this is normal.
I don’t suffer with anxiety or stress normally but I probably haven’t had enough sleep.

Hi sorry to hear that you not feeling well.
I suffer with anxiety really bad and agoraphobia.
I do sometimes feel as if im not hear or going nuts.
Stress can cause a lot of things with our body`s and minds.
Maybe you need a good rest.
Dont google as it will tell you the worst things.
Having a stressful week dont help as you dont get time for you and when you do get that time we sometimes feel jumbled up for a while.

Probably just tiredness but the 2 times I have felt like that, 1 was an underactive thyroid and 2nd time was perimenopause.

Thank you for replying.
I’m hoping a good nights sleep will sort it and that it’s not dementia/ epilepsy anything neurological ( thanks Google!)

Me too, agoraphobia and bad anxiety and PTSD.

OP it could be anxiety/stress. Could be a migraine coming on. Could be you’ve caught a virus and are coming down with that.
