Rhinolight therapy

Evening all, as I crawl into bed, inve again I find myself sneezing, wheezing, coughing, itching and eyes streaming.

My hayfever seems to hit worse at night, 3 to 4am and then early morning.

I'm literally taking 2 to 4 antihistamines daily more than the recommended amount to keep thus hayfever under control.

I've just researched rhinolight therapy and understand this to be a successful treatment option, I'm interested to hear from anyone who's had rhinolight therapy. This is effectively my last option even if it's expensive. I can't keep wheezing my way to sleep.

Air purifier in rooms?

I have to take two fexofenadine tablets a day and a loratadine or a cetirizine if it's particularly bad.

Stayed with one- Air purifier is a game changer. Got one for bedroom at night. Literally no symptoms while in my bedroom, but as soon as I step out I start sneezing.

I now have 3 in the house that I put on running mostly 24/7 when hayfever is in its peak.

You have my sympathies. It is annoying but also very fatiguing.

Jiggly, sorry to hear of your suffering.

We have an air purifier in the bedroom, I may consider a few in other areas of the house. Thanks for your suggestion
