Just needing some advice, woken up this morning in excruciating pain in my upper back, spine and neck, was crying in pain for around 30 minutes, pain seems to have calmed but everything I move my neck or back I seem to have a pinching pain in my upper back so currently bed bound unable to move, just wondering if anyone has experience this and wondering if this could be a trapped nerve?
