Hip Pain

I have really bad pain in my right hip. I can hardly walk and if I put weight on my right leg I feel like I will fall over.

What can it be and what can I do to help it stop hurting?

Thanks

sciatica?

not a lot you can do really, especially if it is connected to being pregnant, try a warm bath , that is always soothing

Trapped nerve?

If you are pregnant, your ligaments loosen causing your pelvis to expand. It's easy for a nerve to fall into the space and then get irritated every time you move.

You can fix it by doing various exercises, such as the pelvic tilt.

Will it be caused by pregnancy this early though. I think I might have a bath once ds is in bed.

pelvic misalignment my guess
physios get a remedial one
godsend
and if not pregnant take nurofen
try laying on side on side that hurts bring other leg over bent. And keeping sore side extended. This really helps me. I have long term chronic spd pelvic issues and finally have found ways to cope!

I am pregnant so cant take nurofen. Would paracetamol be any good?
