Borderline urine tests

I had my urine tested recently as the GP wanted a sample after I complained I was tired all the time. The results came back 'borderline' so I've had to redo it.

Does anyone know what this means? From what I've read online it's neither negative or positive, but if it's not positive surely it's negative? My head is confused (which doesn't take much to be fair!).

I don't have any uti symptoms either.

I'm well versed in UTIs (currently under urology) and have never heard 'borderline' used once. Do you have access to the NHS app? On there, a urine dip should show up with all the findings.

Yes, one section said 'borderline' and another 'inconclusive'

WBC 44
RBC <12
Epithelial cells +++

They also did a culture which mentions staphylococcal Neg something? with s to 3 antibiotics.

I had to redo the test and this time it states 'normal'

No culture done this time
WBC <20
RBC <12
Epi ++
