Optimum TSH levels for underactive thyroid

I started Throxine treatment in December. Initial TSH was 6.8 - treated with 50mcg and TSH went down to 3.8 so Thyroxine was increased to 75mcg and 9 weeks later TSH is 1.8

Feel a lot better and am pleased, but would like to have another baby in the not too distant future and wondered if this level is ok. Also, how often should I get TSH checked if I do manage to conceive?

TIA

1.8 should be fine for conception, preg etc

I can't remember but I guess it needs to be checked every 6-8 weeks during pg
