Eczema!? Shingles?!

Im an eczema sufferer, usually on my face. I'm 22 weeks pregnant and now have this itchy patch on my back. Not painful, just very very very itchy. I can't get a docs appt till tomorrow (if I'm lucky).
What do you reckon?

Shingles are usually raised bumps.. if it’s flat I’d say no to shingles.. not sure if eczema or not as don’t know anything about it I’m afraid..

Is that a patch on your shoulder and another just underneath your bra strap?
It would be unusual for shingles to present with this pattern - it usually follows the line of a single nerve.

@ChocHotolate it's just one patch, I just moved my bra out of the way for the photo. It's not sore or raised, just feels very dry and itchy. I never new shingles followed a nerve! That's interesting, thank you
