there was a big kick up at the council about the maintance of the vent that was meant to stop the mold problem, and it finally got sorted out after 3/4months. the council said it wasnt their problem, yadda yadda, but the bloke who came to inspect it, got his boss to override and get funding for a new vent. (home'n'dry XL duct heater)
the new vent was fitted this week on monday. since then our windows and doors have been dry! no mopping up every morning. dd1 breathing is a little easier as well.
