Do you think this is worth going to the doctor about?

I have health anxiety so this is quite triggering for me but I've been having pains in my lower abdomen and lower back since I finished my period last week. I thought I had a uti but I've had antibiotics and I've still got pain in these areas. I'm having to constantly take painkillers and constantly having a hot water bottle on the areas. Has anyone had anything similar? I'm also so bloated but only in the lower region! I'm honestly thinking the worst and just wanted to hear of anyone with similar stories.

You don't say how old you are, but I think you should go and get seen. It is easy enough for the GP to examine you and order a scan.

Sorry you are in pain op. Just in case you are not aware don’t put the hot water bottle directly on your skin as that can be harmful.

Sorry, I'm 28.
I've managed to get a doctors appt today. I hate going as I worry that they're just going to tell me the pains are from anxiety. Something just doesn't feel right. I am ovulating but surely I can't have this much pain from ovulation?
Also it's been 5 days that I've had these pains.
