Can anyone recommend a decent Probiotic to help me with bloating and general windiness- trapped and otherwise?
I have a generally healthy diet - vegan, mostly whole foods. I don't eat sweet products as they ALWAYS give me trapped wind and discomfort. I do like a bit of alcohol and coffee though. Post menopausal too..
I don't think Ihave anything seriously wrong so don't need to visit the GP but I do think that I might be able to help myself by taking regular probiotics.
I've looked online and the choice is baffling..
