Hi

I paid for a general health blood check and I can see the results aren’t great but not really sure what it means and googling is giving me too much information, is there anyone who can break it down for me please

Please can someone help interpret this…

You are well within the normal range and are nowhere near the risk area for T2 diabetes, but your cholesterol is a little on the high side, so contact your GP practice and ask them to test it again for you. They may decide that you may need to take statins.

Your practice nurse may be able to advise about a fasting blood lipids test. On this your cholesterol is quite high, and needs to come down for long term health. There can be some minor influence with diet (reduced intake of saturated fats, increased plant stearols) but the majority will be managed with stating type medication.
Hba1c is ok- shows your blood glucose has mostly stayed within the normal range (no diabetes)
