Migraines and appetite

I have had a headache all day and painkillers dulling it a little but not getting rid. Have felt very sleepy, slightly nauseous and not hungry at all. I think all I've had all day is a bag of crisps. Pretty sure this is a migraine which I've started getting from time to time. Does anyone else get a complete loss of appetite with a migraine? Should I just go with what my body seems to want (or not want in this case) or if I try and force myself to eat something will it help? Appreciate any advice from other migraine sufferers. They are fairly new for me.

As a lifelong migraine sufferer , I would say your body will tell you when it is able to
eat. Personally, I am very sick with a migraine and usually can’t even keep water down , but when it starts to pass , I feel hungry . If you can sip water , that’s the best thing. I then nibble digestives/ ritz crackers and try some flat lucozade when I feel it shifting.
