Whenever I seem to eat, I have a tingle in my shoulder.
does anybody have any idea what this could be?
I have major health anxiety and it’s stopping me from eating because I’m in a panic x

I had a terrible pain in my shoulder which turned out to be indigestion. It's called referred pain and is actually in your stomach/oesophagus but feels like it's in your shoulder. It's not serious but maybe some indigestion remedy would help?

Could be punched nerve if it's the hand you're holding the food in/lifting toward your mouth?

Likely to be gallstones. The gall bladder often refers pain to the right shoulder or mid back. The Heart, the left shoulder. Ask your GP for an abdominal ultrasound to confirm.
