Chronic Fatigue - Gupta programme

I've been suffering from chronic fatigue for around 2 years now. I thought it would just get better, but I'm getting worse.
Extreme fatigue - sometimes it takes all my energy to go for a wee!

Does anyone have any experience of one of the brain training programmes? Eg Gupta, ANS rewire? I am getting desperate 😭

Gupta is £300 but offering money back if no progress in a year.

Otherwise do the things that calm the vagus nerve eg nurosym work? Good reviews around. Or Sensate?

Help, please 🥺

I did ANS rewire. It’s full of good evidence-based advice about how to get your body and mind into a good healthy state for healing, and while I think that helped I didn’t actually recover.

Have you tried the Visible app? I think that’s the best thing around just now. It tracks your activity using a heart rate monitor and shows you in real time how much energy you have used. It’s a complete game changer for pacing. www.makevisible.com

Sorry to hear that you didn't recover Quercus.

Eventually I tried Gupta and DNRS. Neither helped much, but I did eventually get therapy which helped me think about my childhood and that has coincided with an improvement in energy levels.

No big trauma, just continual negativity had worn me down over the years.

I'd say I'm now at around 50% of my previous energy levels.

Look up painfreeyou on YouTube. The guy's name is Dan Buglio. He has had multiple success stories with CF. Most of his content is free and he also has a book on Amazon. You can also pay £80 for access to group coaching (live zoom calls and recorded).
