UTI pain

I think I have a UTI.
I have no burning (but I never actually get this symptom)
I have lower abdominal pain and a slight bit of lower back pain which I can feel in my hips.
having A wee more often than usual.
I can’t do anything tonight. Ibuprofen/paracetomol seem to do nothing!😔 any ideas what I can do to help?

Hot water bottle to ease abdominal pain and keep drinking to flush it out. If it gets worse, phone 111 and see if you can get an OOH doc to prescribe Anti-Bs tonight. 3 days nitrafurantoin available from the pharmacy without prescription. Also get those dual action pessaries from Boots that fix thrush and BV, as they can also cause these symptoms. In the meantime all you can do is take pain killers.
