Lump on knuckle

Has anyone ever had a lump like this on their knuckle? It’s firm but not bone, definitely not a wart. It’s on my ring finger and at first I just thought it was a callous from removing my rings every night and them getting caught on my knuckle, but it’s really big now.
It’s painless although a little tender if I press it. I have terrible health anxiety so please don’t comment with anything horrendous 🙈

Ganglion cyst, I get one at the base of my index finger it comes and goes, it gets big, hurts loads and then goes away

I'd assume a ganion as well, but do get it checked out.

My GP offered to batter the one on my wrist with a hard back book 😂. I declined and just kept rubbing it until it disappeared.

This has grown over the course of probably a year. It was hardly noticeable at first but I’m a bit self conscious of it now.

I've had one of these for a while and oddly just had a look at it while reading this, and realised it's gone!

Is it movable?

I've got one same place never gone away just got bigger.

It moves with the skin on my knuckle. Just feels like a fleshy callous on the skin.

Two months ago I had a benign tumor on my tendon that was on my index finger removed and it covered my first knuckle joint. The tumor just kept growing and my doctor was surprised by how large it turned out to be. It was hard and not movable.

No it wasn't, but not far off - perhaps 2/3 of the size?

That sounds like a ganglion cyst to me.
