Worried ds has lymphoma

Pls can someone reassure me we are seeing our 2nd specialist tomorrow - Paediatrician, first consultant was ent
as son 5 years old had 3 neck lumps 3 months ago
havent got bigger can only feel 2 now but hes getting on symptoms had utlrasound and ent said they looked ok but bloods come back high b12 1210 (fbc ok)and night sweats are awful last few weeks he wets through pants bedding where i thought he’d wee’d but hadnt
Itchy eyes
tummy ache
Mild coming and going leg and arm / shoulder pains
wheezing at night tho better now
cough though better now
im really scared if drs miss anything
pls offer me advise even if its scary would rather be well informed feel like we are being fobbed off at times and the delays are stressing me as he seems to be getting more and more symptoms

Hope this links to the thread. Thankfully my sons second ultrasound was fine he had a new lump on groin so 5’lumps total neck and groin and they think they are all glands. All his weird symptoms have gone its such a relief. No idea what it was a bad virus who knows just so grateful hes better thanks for your support
