I was born with this. What is it?

I know this is wild that I'm in my 30's and have never had this looked at but does anyone know what this is?

I was born with this "scar" on my neck, it's never hurt or really changed and I can't see it day to day, I generally forget it's there untill someone asks me what it is. I'm not bothered by it weirdly as I'm aware it's quite ugly and really I should be bothered but I'm not

my mum took me to the doctors about it when I was about 12 and they said I could have it removed but they wouldn't do it untill I was an adult. Ans I just never went back. Has anyone seen something like this before?

Im not a medical person but it looks like a bunch of skin tags to me. Ask to be referred to a dermatologist. If your GP says no can you afford to go privste. I dont think this should too difficult to remove.

Looks a bit like a keloid scar.

I think the doctor said when I was young it was a type of mole. But I can't remember exactly what he said it was almost 20 years ago

my family member had something similar they had it removed as an adult with no issues
