Liver blood test

recently had full blood test done ALT was 43 in feb in April it had gone up to 51, had repeat bloods done this week. Is 51 something to worry about?

The reference ranges between labs does vary. Bristol for example is normal between 10-40 in women, it would depend on your local lab, but that does appear a little raised. It may not be hugely concerning though, it depends on the cause. If it’s due to weight or alcohol then these can be improved and ALT be lowered for example.
