I'm on my 3rd day of Flucloxacillin. Aside from feeling a little queasy and a bit of stomach ache I am not too bad. I have noticed though when I have a bowel movement there is some mucus there - this isn't normal for me. Is it just the antibiotic causing this or do I need to contact my GP?
I don't have diarrhoea- if anything my bowel movements are firmer than usual. Google tells me mucus with loose bowels is a problem.
