Just wondering if this is normal.
I am breastfeeding a 5 month old and thirsty all the time. I drink about 2-3L a day but still have very dark wee in the evening.
Am I just not drinking enough? I find it really hard to fit in the drinking with a toddler and feel like I am drinking lots. 😵💫
