Weird rash

Hi, does anyone know what this rash could be?
I thought it could be a heat rash but I’m not sure, it was itchy yesterday but not today.
My mum is taking me to the pharmacy later as it’s not close to me and I’ll see what they say but I’m just curious. I feel a bit poorly but not sure if it’s related to the rash.

Looks almost like splash marks - have you been working with chemicals at all? Or boiling water? But I guess you'd have noticed those at the time!

Looks very like a heat rash to me.

The pharmacy should help you. I personally would have taken an antihistamine yesterday, or two that were safe together eg cetirizine plus chlorphenamine maleate (piriton).

Is it still hot where you are? I had a similar rash on my arm earlier after walking the dogs in a field, but as I had already taken an antihistamine for hayfever, it has pretty much gone now.
