Been having a few dizzy spells - nothing to major just room spinning an dthe floor feeling like it is moving beneath me. Very odd.
I have been quite tired recently and wondered if it was to do with that. Just wondered if anyone had ever had anything similar.
I have only had it before in the last few weeks of pregnancy due to blood pressure I think.

i have had this loads......
i find if its accompanied by a sort of fainty feeling, its low blood pressure, but if its like a roundabout you just can't get off, it could be vertigo......

could also be to do with the tiredness......use it as a good excuse to have a nice sit down!

have no advice on how to deal with vertigo i'm afraid, apart from to stay sort of still ish and wait for it to pass.......

hope you're feeling better soon!

Go to docs, get a blood test, anaemia can make you dizzy. I get dizzy if I don't eat regularly mainly because my blood pressure is on the low side (family trait).

Could be a virus/bug.
DS currently in bed as has headaches and dizziness.
Would be more worried if my father hadn't also had the same symptoms a few days ago.

Could be an inner ear infection - they can affect balance and cause dizziness.

Thanks everyone - I think it might be low blood pressure - i think I have had that before.
Its just a bit scary when its just me and the kids and it happens - scared of actually passing out (never happened).
Thanks if it keeps happening will go to the docs.
