Why do i sleep for 8 hours and wake up feeling wiped out and fatigued always,

Iron? B12? Calcium? What’s your diet and exercise routine like, do you drink enough water, how much alcohol are you drinking, how much caffeine, are you overweight, what time are you sleeping from and to? What is your sleep environment like? Is the sleep disturbed? Are you getting adequate morning sunlight? Do you have excessive stress in your life? Are you living on processed foods? Do you have any chronic health conditions?
