Fluttering in right side of abdomen, like baby kicks but not possible for it to be that

So what is this fluttering? It feels exactly like the tiny first kicks you get from a baby, but I am 100% not pregnant. What else could cause this feeling?

Gas. I get it sometimes and I’m not pregnant

WiseBiscuit · 21/06/2024 12:09

Yes gas, I get it a lot with perimenopause. Ironically I rarely felt DD, now I could swear I have twins in there. It feels exactly like baby movements.

Well I'm definitely perimenopausal, so that could be it. And I do feel a bit windy 😆

I'd go gas or ovulating. (I can/could feel when I ovlulate - a kind of fluttery feeling near my hip).

Yes, it's right near my hip @DatingDinosaur and my period is due. I'm still convinced a little baby has sneaked in there though!
