Fighting the exhaustion

Any sleep apnoea sufferers out there? How do you fight the exhaustion.....

I'm stuck in a cycle..... Sleep apnoea events improve if I lose weight.... I eat/snack throughout the day to fight the tiredness which obviously doesn't help with the weight 😒

Am on additional meds which also cause doziness, it's a constant battle....again if I lose some weight I could possibly decrease the meds 😩

Look at what you are eating. If it's not great then increase your vitamins and iron. I notice a huge difference in exhaustion if I don't take an iron or b12 supplements for a week.

On Iron and B12 prescribed daily

I try to make good choices but obviously the sugar boost is always calling as the day goes on....

Any other vits?

Perhaps do a general max strength one for a month (with added minerals) as even low vit d can cause exhaustion so I expect they all can cause it.

I also find eating decently earlier in the day also helps with the sugar craving/energy boost later on so try eating a protein rich lunch (or elevenses). It is difficult to get into a routine like that but take small steps first and build on those. Personally I found skipping breakfast and not eating until 1pm (but drinking extra water) was the thing that helped the most with sugar cravings.

Thanks, I will take a look at a multi vit, I've been advised by my GP to avoid IF, eat little and often.
