Hi my 4yo son was diagnosed with scarlet fever on Sunday (rash, generally unwell, coughs and sneezes). My 6 month old now has what seems like an awful cold and this morning I g her stomach looks a bit mottled as if it could be the start of a rash . Do I take her to the drs now or wait to see if a rash fully develops?? My 22 month of is also coughing and sneezing now too . Is there any chance ce they could just have a cold and not the beginnings of Scarlett fever??
