I have always been prone to dizziness -low blood pressure-, but lately just before a period and during it is really really awful. Staring at he celing then floor type awful can anyone shed some light on why this might be happening?

Thanks

CRUSH,I could have written this thread myself as I have had this for over a year now, infact since a m/c so have put it down to my hormones not returning back to normal.
Hope you get the answer you need as I know how terrible it can be,mine comes with terrible headache too, blurred vision etc which I assume is migraine. Is this how you feel too or is it just the dizziness?

hello ash - more a feeling of disorientation that a headache as such. It is since after having DD so maybe hormones also... - do you still suffer?

Yes I still suffer over a year after my m/c,I get the disorientated feeling too,as if my head and body are not connected IYKWIM.I am currently on my period now so the feeling isn't as bad but last week was awful,I felt like I wasn't on the planet and everytime I moved my head I went dizzy.Doctor diagnosed Vertigo when I discussed it with him but the pills he gave me don't help and I find it hard to believe vertigo would only rear its head at that time of month.
