Black vision & other symptoms

Hello, for about 3/4 weeks now I have been experiencing, on and off headaches, Dizziness, lack of energy, sleeping hours each day, feeling sick, body pain and more. I am anemic but I am on medication and have been for months. So I went to the GP who referred me for a Urgent brain scan, I have repeat bloods on Thursday but my brain scan has came back as normal. I am so over the moon obviously but I am just wondering what else could it be? I am eating and drinking loads and lots of carbs. I am sleeping more than enough. I am obviously hoping to find out more with the bloods but just in the mean time wondering if anyone has experienced similar and what it turned out to be :)

(Also have had my thyroids tested and they are normal)

Forgot to say, my vision is also going black in random moments, I have had my blood pressure checked and it is fine, it has already happened 3 times since this morning and I have eaten my breakfast and drank plenty.

In both eyes?

Yes, my vision in both eyes start going black as if I am going to black out. But then it starts coming back after 5/10 seconds.

Apologies - I'm not much use then (optometrist), it's unlikely to be eye related.
