distorted smell, taste and hearing help

I have just had a terrible cold since Tuesday, just finished antibiotics due to ear infection. My symptoms include worsened tinnutes. Several sounds that get louder in loud noise using kettle, in the car, shower. I can hear it above everything. I couldn't before.

My smell and taste is distorted too. I can smell sewage.

Has anyone experienced this. What's going on, when will this stop? I'm so scared.

A lot of people get this with covid/long covid. I used to work in a covid service and this was a symptom we'd see a lot. It can take a while to rectify itself too

I guess I have had covid then. Didn't relaise covid still gives people awful symptoms. I want the noise to stop 😔
