Experienced CM for 16 years. A couple of things trigger them, but nothing that can be avoided. Been on endless meds and different thing's over the years. Over the years I've found ways to manage them by myself and just plod along with them most of the time, with help from loved ones. I suffer from auras every time, again, used to it and manage it. The thing that is bothering me and I'd say is gradually getting worse with every migraine, is my memory loss during the attack and after the attack. I've lost all sorts over the years because of it. More recently my work lanyard that I know I had in the house but cannot find it or remember where I put it for the life of me - (will be fun informing work 🤪) I forget things I've done and have spoken about or said, and this is more often than not recently, due to the amount of CM I've had.. and I'm at the stage where it's really starting to get to me, it's so frustrating more than anything but definitely dragging me down, because it's just not coming back to me!!
Does anyone have experience or advice, tips or tricks on how to deal with this any better? I know memory loss and brain fog is common in these circumstances but can it get worse over time, does it get worse? Should I be concerned or?! I'm so over it!!
Tia!

That sounds so debilitating! I would get a GP appointment and have a chat with them and let them know that it’s getting worse. They need to make sure there’s nothing else going on and it sounds like you need some further tests as a minimum.
