I've been advised to take a magnesium supplement for sleep issues, restless legs and migraine. Recommended is magnesium glycinate rather than citrate and RDA is 350mg.
I've been taking these and so far, so good. But, looking at the label, it says Elemental amount is 315mg but total glycinate is 1500mg.
I don't understand ! Can anyone advise? Am I overdosing or within the magnesium RDA?
